How it works
- You come in for an appointment. Nothing about your visit changes, and nobody will ask you for a review during it.
- Afterwards, we send you this link once. By SMS or email — whichever you gave us. One message, no chasing.
- You decide. Leave a review, or don't. We won't know which, and it makes no difference to your care.
Prefer to tell us privately? Call (02) 9929 0455 and ask for the practice manager. Complaints reach us fastest that way, and we would rather fix something than read about it later.
Questions
Do I have to leave a review?
No. It is entirely voluntary and it has no bearing at all on your care, your appointments, or what you pay. If you would rather give feedback privately, call the clinic instead.
Will you edit or remove my review?
We can't. Reviews live on Google and the independent platforms — they are hosted by those companies, not by us, and we have no ability to alter or delete what you write.
Do I get anything for leaving a review?
No. We never offer discounts, entries into draws, or any other incentive in exchange for a review, and we never suggest what a review should say. Incentivised reviews are prohibited and, frankly, useless to everyone.
Why don't you show reviews on this page?
Australian law restricts how a regulated health service may use patient testimonials in advertising. Rather than work around that, we simply point you to the platforms where reviews are published independently, and you can read them there.
How do I give feedback about a problem?
Please call the practice directly on (02) 9929 0455 so we can put it right. A public review is not the fastest route to a resolution.
Can I leave a review for the Rozelle clinic?
Not yet. The Rozelle clinic (Unit 2/637 Darling St, Rozelle NSW 2039) has not opened. Its Google review link will be added here on opening day.
